CaseCheck Document-Preparation Service Agreement

1. 1. Who we are

   By requesting or paying for these services, you acknowledge that CaseCheck Immigration and its document preparers are not attorneys, are not a law firm, and do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site, in a video call, or in a prepared packet is a legal opinion or attorney-client communication.

2. 2. No guaranteed outcome

   CaseCheck does not guarantee any result from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services or any other immigration authority. Approvals, denials, requests for evidence, processing times, and other government decisions are outside our control.

3. 3. Your responsibility

   You are responsible for your own actions and decisions. You are liable for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide. You decide whether to file, what to file, and how to proceed with your case.

4. 4. What document preparation is

   Document preparation is clerical and form-assistance work as described on the service page: organizing information you provide into the requested packet. Government filing fees, including USCIS fees, are separate and are not included in CaseCheck prices.

5. 5. Price and complexity

   Some services are charged differently depending on the case and its complexity. Listed prices on the Document prep pages are starting amounts. Staff may quote a different fee on an invoice. Paying an invoice means you accept that quoted amount.

6. 6. Video consultation

   A video call consultation is $75 for 30 minutes. It is a conversation about process and paperwork. It is not legal advice, not a law-firm consultation, and not a substitute for counsel.

7. 7. When you must accept

   You must accept this agreement before you submit a document-preparation or video-consultation inquiry, and before you pay a CaseCheck invoice for these services.
